How to light a grill without lighter fluid
With Gori Gori Charcoal, the fire starter is built into the box. No fluid, no newspaper, no starter chimney, no fan needed.
Three steps
1. Place the box in the grill
No need to open the package and pour out the charcoal — it goes in whole.
2. Light the box
The molded pulp catches fire and lights the briquettes from inside. No stirring or fanning needed.
3. Go do something else
In 15–20 minutes you come back to even, ready heat that lasts about 2 hours.
Why it works
The briquettes are molded from grade A charcoal with food-grade starch and flour. The fire starter is built into both the composition and the packaging, so the fire spreads evenly, with no flare-ups and no lighter-fluid smell.
